STRESS RELEASE & BALANCE OF THE FIVE BODIES THROUGH YOGA  (2-Day Immersion)

This DHARMI-YOGA immersion is for everyone and offers continuing education for yoga teachers (YACEP)

Balance the five bodies through yoga and philosophy. If you feel any conflict between the voice of your heart and the voice of your mind, or you are feeling a lack of motivation, this program will support you with directing those forces with positive intention. In addition, you will learn more about yourself through holistic foot analysis and receive tools for balance and evolution along your journey.

This program provides continuing education YACEP to the yoga teachers after completion of an evaluation/report – Click here for information.     

An Immersion offers the possibility to go in a deeper, embodied, mindful yoga practice as a student and/or as a teacher.

Day 1:

  • DHARMI-YOGA Practice
  • Introduction to the Five Bodies
  • Integration of the Five Elements in Yoga Philosophy: the 8 limbs the Yamas and Niyamas
  • lunch break
  • Initiation to Holistic Foot Analysis & the Five Elements
  • Dharmic Meditation with Intention

Day 2:

  • DHARMI-YOGA Practice
  • Integration of the Five Elements for a Yoga practice: set up of the space, Asanas and dharmic guidance
  • Lunch
  • Five Elements in Communication, voices aligned with the five bodies
  • Touch for alignments and guidance
  • Dharmic Meditation with Visualization

 


DHARMI-YOGA® TEACHER TRAINING RYS-500

It is a one-Year Program with monthly seminars. This program is available after the completion of a first Immersion. The schedule is flexible and organized with the student to best suit their needs and to support a balanced lifestyle all along the journey and training.
